Posting links that contain inappropriate text or images is strictly prohibited.

Harassing any part of the website, staff members (scooby), or affiliates will result in your neopets account being frozen and blockage from the site.

When posting on the Chat Box, or adding a Comment, English should be used, and Sticky Caps and Chatspeak will not be tolerated.

Imitations are not allowed.

Any form of threats will not be tolerated.

Neorules apply on this site, with the exception of offsite links, as long as they are appropriate.

All graphics, neohelp guides, and tutorials are 100% © Neohaze (Scooby). Redistributing any part of the site will not be tolerated, and will result in your being IP banned and blocked from the site.

Credits should never be removed from any graphics.

When using tutorials and neohelp guides, we do not require a link back, though one would be appreciated. If you do, on the other hand, give someone some of the tips, information, etc. posted on this site, a credit will be required.
